A message from our President, Harvis Kramer:
While 2022 was a standout year for us at Nations Photo Lab, we already have our sights set on making 2023 one of our best years yet.
First, I want to reflect on 2022 as an outstanding year for growth as a company. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and service, and in 2022, we launched our rebranding initiative that included updating our packaging, facility, and core values to reflect this commitment. We also launched an updated website design and introduced new products and templates.
I am proud to report that in 2022, we dramatically improved our turnaround times. This, plus many other improvements, helped us surpass 15,000 5-star reviews and receive a 96% customer satisfaction rating. We were also rated the #1 highest quality photo lab in America by PCMag and Wirecutter. We take pride in delivering the best products and service to our customers, and are grateful for your support!
Lastly, with your help, we also raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Alzheimer’s Association and organizations supporting Ukraine. This is just a small part of our commitment to being a socially responsible company.
Looking forward to 2023, our New Year’s Resolution comes in a few parts, as we have a number of exciting plans in store. First and foremost, we will continue to enhance our website and app to improve the customer experience. This includes adding new features and making it easier for customers to find and purchase the products they need.
We also plan to invest in our employees by enhancing our benefits, PTO days, and maternity leave policy. We believe that taking care of our team is the key to providing the best possible service to our customers!.
Sourcing high-quality materials and launching exciting new products is also a top priority for us. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand our product line, and we are confident that our customers will be pleased with the new products and templates that are coming soon.
We value the contributions of photographers to our business, and in 2023 want to give back by expanding the opportunity for photographers to earn money by referring Nations Photo Lab. Keep an eye out if you're a photographer!
